In this new era, children's use of computers begins very early in their childhood. Computer technology has the main impact in new era of mass media; it shows great promise and great concerns about the effect on children's development and well-being.With the introduction these technologies in classroom, however some teachers fear about exposure to inappropriate commercial, sexual, and violent content.

The implementation of ICT in teaching and learning is of top priority in education reform. Many teachers do have difficulties integrating ICT in their teaching activities. Certainly, the ICT courses in IPGM is going to help teachers in mastering the ICT skills and key elements in designing ID.
